The Saint Kitts & Nevis Citizenship by Investment Unit has announced the extension to the programme’s Sustainable Growth Fund (SGF) Limited Time Offer (LTO).
The Saint Kitts & Nevis Citizenship by Investment Unit has announced the extension to the programme’s Sustainable Growth Fund (SGF) Limited Time Offer (LTO). There has been an unprecedented demand by international investors wanting to apply for citizenship through investment under the Saint Kitts LTO which offers citizenship in as little as 60 days for a reduction of $25,000 in investment.
The first announcement of the LTO was made by the Head of the Citizenship Unit, Mr Michael Martin in December 2022, where it was announced that the limited time offer was valid from 1st January 2023, till the 30th of June 2023.
Due to the overwhelming demand for the Sustainable Growth Fund LTO, it was decided to extend the offering for another seven months, until 31st January 2024.
By virtue of Statutory Rule no 19 of 2023, amending the Saint Christopher and Nevis Citizenship by Investment Regulations, this amendment is now in force.
Acquiring citizenship by investment under this route remains the fastest route to citizenship (60 days) and this option is now available until 31st January 2024.

This extensions for investors to obtain citizenship through the LTO is valid till 31st January 2024, and from the 1st of February 2024, the minimum investment required under the SGF option will increase to the amounts prior to the introduction of the LTO period, as per the table above.
Investment into the SGF has over the years facilitated economic development and upliftment in Saint Kitts by providing financial support to educational institutions, medical facilities, increase tourism standards, preserving local culture as well as supporting infrastructural development.
