These appointments reflect their outstanding contributions, deep sector expertise, and continued commitment to excellence across our core service areas — particularly in immigration, global mobility, and private client tax services.
Antoine joined the firm in 2014 and has been a key figure in the development of our residency and citizenship law services. With a strong foundation in investment migration, backed by academic research and international experience, he has advised clients worldwide on acquiring Maltese citizenship through various legal pathways.
Magdalena heads our Private Client Tax team, advising high-net-worth individuals, investors, and executives on Maltese tax residency, special tax programmes, and cross-border compliance. Her expertise in international tax planning has positioned her as a respected voice at global conferences and among private client advisors.
Marina has been part of the firm since 2015, providing strategic guidance on citizenship, residence, and relocation for international business families and executives. Appointed co-head of the immigration arm in 2024 alongside Antoine, she plays a leading role in compliance and risk management, ensuring our services meet the highest regulatory standards.
